“Engaging Texas Students @ Home!” a SXSWedu Tech Success

Quality of education through technology is a continuing focus for the Connected Texas initiative!

For SXSWedu, Connected Texas teamed with Intel and the Texas Computer Education Association to hold “Engaging Texas Students @ Home” on Wednesday, March 6 in Austin.

The event discussed broadband adoption and digital inclusion solutions to support student engagement.

Intel demonstrated how to navigate the devices that feature touch screens. The devices are sure to be a hit among students because of the low price tag and various applications including Microsoft Office.
