Partner spotlight: Working together to help veterans, seniors, youths and others learning crucial digital skills
Chesapeake, VA (February 16, 2026) - Successful digital empowerment efforts require a combination of accessible, affordable, and usable technology tailored to the needs of the community.
RFK Solutionz (also known as RFK Outreach) exemplifies this approach by delivering practical, community-based digital inclusion services that expand both access and skills. It's owned and operated by President and CEO, Kimberly K. Frost, MISM, and VP Ricardo A Frost.
Their commitment to giving people a hand up, not out, shows through their efforts in educating the homeless, veterans, youth, seniors, and others. They have developed smart, technology-enabled solutions to solve their customers' toughest challenges, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and a passion for exceeding expectations.
To further expand their reach, RFK Solutionz recently purchased a bus which they are converting to a 'Mobile Lab'. It will enable them to travel to rural areas or "internet deserts" where they plan to provide digital skills to those who do not have adequate transportation.
"If those within the community can't get to the training, the training must go to the them!" said Rayven Love-Jackson, staff member (pictured in pink with her husband, Jose).

Connected Nation partnered with them to do just that in January - offering two days of digtial skills training that included everything setting up and participating in a Zoom call to protecting yourself while online.
Participant Shirley Batchelor (pictured below left) and her sister, Dorothy, took part in the classes. Shirley turns 83-years-old this month. She said she'd been meaning to learn technology skills for some time and that her daughter was proud of her.
