Connected Nation hires national leader in GIS & Information Technology to guide Data Strategy & Technical Services
Bowling Green, Kentucky (July 12, 2023) – Connected Nation (CN) is excited to announce that Colin Reilly has joined the national nonprofit as its Vice President, Data Strategy & Technical Services. Reilly most recently served as the Executive Director of Information Technology within the New York City Mayor’s Office of Criminal Justice.

Reilly has more than 20 years' experience in the delivery and management of large multi-stakeholder projects providing technology solutions to a wide range of industries including municipal government, transportation, planning, engineering, criminal justice, construction, and environment. He’s spent nearly eight years working with the NYC Mayor’s office and before that served as the Deputy Director and then Senior Director of Geographic Information Systems for the NYC Department of Information Technology and Telecommunications.

In his role as VP, of Data Strategy & Technical Services, Reilly provides leadership, operational oversight, and support for CN’s full portfolio of data strategy and technical service offerings. He also provides cross-vertical support relating, but not limited to, proposals and RFP responses, and will assist Development & Planning, with the development of new service offerings and solutions packages – from granular broadband mapping to internet research projects - which are instrumental to the success of the organization.
