Pennsylvania Newspaper Tackles Digital Divide with Influencer Project
State College, PA (March 26, 2019) - A Pennsylvania newspaper is bringing together state leaders, influencers, and the public to address the lack of broadband access families and businesses throughout the commonwealth.
The Centre Daily Times , with support from the Knight Foundation, has connected with more than a dozen influential Pennsylvanians to tackle what it calls "the rural broadband crisis."
According to the Centre Daily Times' reporter, Adam Smeltz, "Rural communities without robust digital access are missing revolutionary advancements in how we take care of ourselves, teach ourselves, find work and build a better life."
