LOCATION: Oak Grove, KY
STATUS: Full-time, Exempt

DATE: August, 2021

The Digital Works Facilitator is responsible for promoting the program through a variety of
outreach efforts. They are also responsible for a wide range of activities designed to teach,
develop, improve, and maintain individuals’ necessary skill sets, place them in entry-level job
positions, and also prepare them for jobs requiring greater skills. Facilitators utilize their
interpersonal communication skills in order to effectively train, coach, and mentor these
individuals through a classroom setting training program and recommend individuals for job
placement with various companies in industry. The facilitator creates, fosters, and maintains
the Digital Works community to ensure that all graduates are provided ongoing mentoring and
support.
