The Project Coordinator will provide administrative project oversight for Connected Nation projects. This includes a variety of tasks that involve administering project plans, managing workflow and timelines, verifying work quality, gathering documentation in support of projects, preparing reports and providing support for project leads as necessary. In addition, this position will coordinate internal and external facing events/meetings and assist with other special event planning. The incumbent will take direction on the content of their work from the Project Lead that they are assigned to but will follow business process doctrine utilizing PMI standards. The incumbent will work with the VP, Development & Planning to plan and finalize proposals and other documents as needed. The Project Coordinator may also be called upon to assist with grant writing needs or to administer data for research, warehousing or outreach initiatives.
